My toothbrush will never look properly loaded with toothpaste, with the characteristic white sheen of sufficient paste, if I keep squeezing out Neosporin onto it.
Thank goodness I had a spare brush in the drawer.

Hmm, I suppose that counts as a failure of a dental hygiene roll - clearly, a fumble would have been not noticing the neosporin was not toothpaste. Given the number of people admitted to emergency rooms who have swallowed toothbrushes, it's clearly an surprisingly easy roll to fail or fumble.
Bruce, it's time you realize that your medicine cabinet is not a big truck. It's a series of tubes. SERIES of tubes. Right tube for the job my man, right tube for the job.
My Dad once did the same thing with Desitin diaper ointment.
